Salmon Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is crisp and bright but also hearty and satisfying. Fresh lemon juice is great in the dressing, but we like lime juice even more.
In making this, you need the following: 1 pack of 8-ounce package pasta (spirals or bow ties work well), cooked and drained, 2 cups fully cooked salmon (cut into chunks),1-1/2 cups cherry tomatoes (quartered), 1 small red onion, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice or lime juice, 1-1/2 teaspoons dill weed, 1 garlic clove (minced), 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 head lettuce greens (torn).
To make is easy. In a large bowl, toss the pasta, salmon, tomatoes and onion. For the dressing, combine the oil, lemon or lime juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper; mix well. Pour over pasta. Cover and chill. Serve over lettuce.
