Banana & Peach Smoothie is fast becoming one of our favorites for a quick, protein-rich breakfast. You just need the following: 1 small banana, 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt, 2 cups frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed slightly.
To make, just mix all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
