Auto Body Repair

CollisionRepairExperts.com is an assembly of experts in the field of restoring collision damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition. The auto body shops that you will find associated with this website are scrutinized and measured, and they must conform to levels of performance that less than 1% of collision repairers can meet. Nowhere else will you find a network of collision repairers of this quality? These business owners invest more heavily in equipment, training and facilities in comparison to others in the same industry. Their success in stature attracts the highest quality employees. Most importantly they conform to a universal corporate culture that exemplifies the core values that are shared by all members.
You have arrived at the place to find experts in the field of auto body repair. There are many auto body shops to choose from, but few are expert collision repairers. Don't take a chance with your vehicle and your safety. Choose an EXPERT to return your vehicle to pre-accident condition!

Veggies for You

Dinner date? You might be worried about how restaurant food will measure up to your diet—after all, there's often a shortage of good-for-you veggies on the menu. Don't let the menu hold you back. "Ask your waiter or waitress if you can add veggies to your meal. Ask for specific veggies that you love, or ask them to surprise you with a mix. Chinese, Thai and Italian restaurants are usually happy to accommodate your request, but it can't hurt to ask when you're dining at other places, too."
Veggie up items like pizza, pasta, stir-fry, sandwiches, burgers, omelets and wraps. There may be an added charge, but the boost of flavor (not to mention fiber and nutrients!) will be worth every penny.
Eat healthy for a healthy body!

What Seafood Recipe You Like?

I love cooking and its one of my favorite chores if I’m not working besides cleaning the house. I love to try new recipes because eating same dish every day is tiresome. I like to get recipes from my friends, relatives and most of all in Internet.
Recently the Great American Seafood cook off had just launched and I've found this site which offers a lot of interesting and new recipes by a well known chef. Besides, we can also vote for our favorite recipe which used domestic, sustainable seafood. By voting and entering the contest, we might get a chance to win a trip to New Orleans. The prize package includes two Southwest Airline roundtrip tickets, hotel accommodations, dining experiences and many more! Isn't that great?
Among the five recipes listed, I voted for the Gulf Shrimp recipe by Chef Mark Holley from Texas. I love shrimp a lot that’s why I voted his recipe. Apart from that, I also love the ingredients that used to cook the dish such as bacon, eggs, black pepper, black beans and cheese. If I were to try out this new recipe myself, I think I would like to add a little bit of chili powder, just to spice up a little bit since I like spicy food.
Do you like to cook? Do you like to try out new recipes? If you do, you should really check out this site. There are a lot of recipes there that used domestic seafood which is fresh, healthy and tasty!! Check it out!

Good Fatty Foods

In the battle of the bulge, fat is the dirty old F-word. But good fats are absolutely essential to a truly healthy diet. Not only does dietary fat help your body absorb vitamins A, D, E and K and aid your immune system, some essential fatty acids also increase your metabolic rate and help you burn stored fat. You read that right: Eat fat to lose fat. Choose from these good fats:
Avocado Oils like olive, canola, peanut or sesame
Nuts like almonds, cashews or macadamia nuts
Olives
Fish like salmon and tuna
Don't forget—along with choosing the right kinds of fats comes watching the serving size. Keep your fat intake to less than 30 percent of your total calories!

When I get out in my room I already bring the notebook he wants to borrow because I know he’s the one looking at me. I’m not wrong he’s there setting at the couch. I hand him the notebook and I thought he will go then but he still setting and asking for a few things regarding on the exam. So, I sat beside him and discuss all the pointers that might be come out on the exam. After that, he asks if I have boyfriend, what I like and dislike. It’s started like that. The Look to Get Their Attention

Some people told me that I have strict face. There was a time that somebody told I am a snobbish person but my friend told them that I am not. I am friendly once I get to know the person. Maybe they hesitate to smile at me because they are afraid that I will not smile them back. The truth is, I am just afraid to take the first move. I am a shy kind of person. I didn’t talk if you didn’t talk first. That’s what I am. I just remembered on my high school days, lots of guys have a crush on me but no one of them has the courage to approach on me. They are afraid. They think I’m strict. Whew! Good for them because they are not my type. They didn’t flirt well that can catch my good heart.

There are many ways on how to flirt and of course it really depends on how the person sees it as well. I never imagined that I impressed of someone’s flirting and that’s my loving husband. Honestly, this is a very interesting thing to try and gladly Extreme Style by VO5 has given us a chance to join their Ultimate Flirting Championship to prove how good we are on that area. Isn’t it exciting? I guess others made fun about this and why can’t we? Have fun and experience Victory Hair to the fullest.

Coconut Shrimp

I like seafood. But most of all, shrimp is the best. That’s why I loved making coconut shrimp. Thought coconut shrimp was one of those dishes you find only in restaurants? Think again! It's easy to make at home, and it'll earn raves from the whole family.
You just need the following: 2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined, Shake and Bake coating mix, original chicken flavor, or your favorite bread crumbs, 2 tbsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, 3/4 cup flaked coconut, Dash white pepper (optional), 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 egg white, beaten until foamy.
To make is easy. Preheat oven to 350°F. To make the coconut crumb mix, combine Shake and Bake (or your own crumbs), powdered ginger, nutmeg, flaked coconut and white pepper (if using). Mix well and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine milk, honey, fresh ginger, brown sugar, and egg white. Beat together thoroughly. Dip shrimp in milk mixture and roll in coconut crumb mix. Bake in oven approximately 10 to 20 minutes depending on size of shrimp.

My husband really loves it. You can try it also.

Meat Healthy Tips

Missing something? You could be if, as part of your low-fat diet, you've been avoiding red meat. Beef is an excellent source of high-quality protein and iron (two things your body might be craving), and it's surprisingly easy to include in a healthy low-fat diet. Just keep these tips in mind:
Choose lean or "extra-lean" cuts, like sirloin, tenderloin or round cuts.Keep portions to around 4 ounces (slightly bigger than a deck of cards). Trim the fat before cooking.Add flavor without adding calories by using vinegar-based marinades or a dry spice rub.
Eat healthy for a healthy body!

Colic Calm for Babies

I’m a mother of a precious baby girl that was 8 months old now. She is perfect for me but there is one thing bothers me…she was fuzzy and farted a lot. I’m breastfeeding but she must feed in the bottle when I’m working. I’m frustrated coz after the busy day in work when I’m coming home I heard my baby crying. Beside, every night I need to get up because she was fuzzy. I don’t know what to do then one of my friends at work suggest trying colic calm. I must tell you this - Colic Calm is my savior! It's better and it helps lot. Within 30 minutes of receiving a dose or two of this gripe water, my baby stops screaming and is actually a happy baby. My daughter can now sleep at night without waking up with baby gas pains. It allows me and the rest of our family to get better nights sleep and piece of mind. I can't believe how wonderful this product is - it cures everything from gas to teething to hiccups. I am really happy for this product!
Baby's discomfort from colic, gas or reflux can be devastating for the entire family. Thanks to Colic Calm Homeopathic Medicine, there is finally a safe and natural remedy that ensures relief for everyone. Thank goodness there is no longer any need to suffer while "waiting it out".
For all moms, if you have same problem like me, try this product.

Food Substitute

Getting more roughage in your diet can be as easy as making one of these simple swaps:
Substitute your white English muffin for the whole-wheat version.
Substitute your cornflakes for bran breakfast cereal or oatmeal.
Substitute your white rice for whole-wheat couscous.
Substitute your juice for fresh fruit.
Not ready to trade in your favorite cereal? I totally understand. For me, I start small by adding popcorn or carrot and celery sticks to my afternoon snack. Or my personal favorite—adding a half cup of Fiber One cereal to my yogurt—will give my 60 small calories and more than half of my daily fiber. See? Little changes can add up to a big difference!
