Foods for a Good Mood
Believe it or Not
Do you believe in magic? Was it true or just an imagination?
I have an experience of watching this kind of stuff when I was young. It was a fiesta in our place that time and it was traditions that there are a lot of entertainments were going to be held. One of the entertainments was called Circus - an entertainment that you may be able to believe or not. They said that there are performers that can do unbelievable things. I’m curious about it. So, I ask my mother to brought me and watch that Circus thing. When we got over there, there are bunch of people watching and I’m almost can’t see the person who perform because I’m short. So, my mom grabs me and let me stand in the chair so that I can see well. My eyes gets wide when I saw skull body dancing, person eating blades and flames, cut head that can talk and lots of unbelievable things to mention. It’s really amazing. “How they can do that? That’s the big question in my head”.
By the way, talking about circus, there’s a new Cirque Du Soleil performance featuring CRISS ANGEL called 'CRISS ANGEL Believe' now appearing at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas. Be a witness, how are the skills of other illusionists, such as Harry Houdini, different from those of modern magical masters, such as CRISS ANGEL.
They have the current Text Message contest where you could win tickets. How to join? Text 'Believe' to 22122 to win 2 tickets to 'CRISS ANGEL Believe'. Text now!
Treat Yourself to a Time-Out
You know what happens. The minute you outlaw something from your diet is the minute you realize you can't live without it. And then the cravings begin those beastly little things. That's why we say ix-nay on the nixing. Instead of banning chocolate or (drool!) ice cream, give yourself a little taste. Better yet, set aside some time every single day to really get into your favorite treat. Put your feet up, close your eyes, and really eat the heck out of that (responsible, single-serving-sized) brownie. One small, daily calorie splurge just might save you from a desperate, diet-killing lunge for the cookie jar.

Grilled Tilapia
It’s time to hit the deck! Backyard parties are perfect for effortless healthy-eating. Not only is grilling a low fat cooking method (fat in the food item drips right off!), it's the season for delectable fresh fruit and vegetables. A few tips for keeping your cookout healthy:
1. remove the skin from chicken before cooking,
2. use low-sodium marinades and sugar-free sauces,
3. stick to healthier options of traditional side dishes.
Prepare healthy, eat healthy. Just like this recipe of mine, grilled tilapia. Instead of using chicken, I used tilapia for a change. Besides, I like fish also. Grilling is better than frying especially this summer time. Grilled tilapia is easy to make. You just need lemon juice and seafood seasoning to marinate the tilapia. You can put some onions and garlic underneath their bellies while you marinate it. Set aside the marinated tilapia for a couple minutes before you grill it. Cook it in a low heat. Using charcoal in grilling is best!

Healthy Food
Eggs. They get a bad rap for being cholesterol bombs, But recent studies have shown that eating one or two eggs a day does not cause any measurable increase in cholesterol levels, and that eggs are great source of choline, which boosts brain health.
Salmon. All fish are high in omega-3 fatty acids that essential for reducing blood pressure, decreasing the risk of heart disease and promoting healthy brain function but fatty fish like salmon have the highest levels of omega-3. The healthiest choice is wild salmon, not farmed.
Avocados. They taste so good, you worry that they’re loaded with fat, but they’re actually full of good for you monounsaturated fat. They supply lots of cancer fighting antioxidants.
For a better health, try to eat good foods everyday.

Grilled Hickory Pork Chops
Talking about grilling, this recipe of mine is good to make – grilled hickory pork chops.
How to make? It’s really easy. You just need the following: 2 boneless pork chops of course, ½ cup white wine, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 clove garlic crushed, ½ teaspoon dried sage, 2 teaspoons dried parsley, pepper to taste and of course hickory wood chips. Mix wine, oil, lemon juice, garlic, sage, parsley, and pepper in a small bowl. Place pork chops in a plastic bag shallow or shallow dish and cover with marinade. Refrigerate the pork, covered, for 2 to 4 hours. Meanwhile, soak the hickory chips in a bowl of water for at least 30 minutes. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Put the soaked hickory chips over the coals. Cook the pork chops on the grill for 10 to 15 minutes, or until desired doneness is achieved. For best results, cover the grill while cooking so that the meat is infused with the smoke flavor. This recipe makes 2 servings. Try it, its really delicious barbeque.
