Pickle over Sodium?

For crunchy goodness, pickles are one of our favorite go-to snack items. Slow down, according as what I have read, "The problem with these delicacies is the sodium content. So, though they're low-cal and satisfying, most of us can ill afford all that salt, which can hover around 280 to 350 milligrams per pickle." That's a whopping amount considering that experts recommend keeping our daily sodium intake below 2,000 milligrams. To keep on snacking, why not try this other alternative.
"Mt. Olive now offers Reduced Sodium Kosher Baby Dills and Kosher Dill Strips. The baby dills have about 135 milligrams of sodium and the strips about 120 milligrams." That's something we can sink our teeth into!
