Exercise Your Willpower

Tempting foods can increase your willpower and help you stick to your diet. Yeah, you heard us. We're not sure if that's crazy or brilliant, but as what I have read that mixing all indulgent foods from your daily life may not be the best weight-loss solution: "Challenging yourself to resist temptation may be more effective than banning all sweets and snack foods from the house."
Here's the lowdown: By removing all temptation, dieters stop flexing their self-control muscles. And when the temptation arises outside of that safe, controlled eating environment? Well, we don't have to tell you how devastating one moment of weakness can be. Maybe it's time to exercise our willpower as well as our glutes.
