Condo Hotel Casco Antiguo

Most of the people that buy properties internationally are in South America. That was I always seen in the television especially in travel channel. They usually go to countries like Mexico, Panama, then in the Caribbean. When they are being interviewed why they go to such places they simply like the beautiful place especially if the property is near the ocean shore. Also, the real market there is booming and they get the best value of their money. Some invest with property and turned it into a resort or have it rented for vacationers once they come back here in the US.
I myself want to own property overseas. It is one of my dreams. It may not be this time but who knows one day. If you wanted to own one, there is a chance for you to own a great property in the Casco Antiguo region of Panama. A condo hotel, specifically Hotel Casco Antiguo, is being transformed in an exciting urban destination with great historical character. When this is completed it will become the grandest condo hotel in the region offering five star amenities. If you are interested to buy, you can Register for an eBrochure Here. This is a good investment either your first home or second home. Panama has a growing real estate and having a property their will ensure your investment.
What are you waiting for? Check their site now and see what property is best for you.

Spoil Your Appetite!

In the hours between your afternoon snack and dinnertime, you could be susceptible to impulse snacking... especially if you're dining out. You know how it goes: It's been hours since you last ate and—plop!—comes the breadbasket (or chip bowl), calling to you with its empty calories. The horror! To avoid the calorie pitfall of the dreaded bread basket, why not try this pre-dinner snack? (Finally! Permission to spoil your appetite!)
An apple or pear and 1 tablespoon natural almond butter1 to 2 Laughing Cow Light cheeses or 1 Babybel Light cheese2 slices ham or turkey, rolled up and ready for snack!

Healthy Snacks for the Road

Whether you're road-tripping' with your best girls, or just out for an afternoon of errands, eating healthy on the run can be... tricky. In a pinch, we can fall for junk food, simply because it's easier. What to do? Packing along one of these satisfying snack options:
Vitamuffins: At only 100 calories, these little muffins boast 6 grams of fiber and no artificial ingredients. Paired with a protein like nut butter or string cheese, they make a terrific on-the-go snack.
Hummus packs: These are often found with baked pita chips packed into the lid. For a slightly better option, trade the pita chips for a bag of soy chips.
Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal: The added protein powder makes it extra filling. Duck into a coffee shop to ask for a cup of boiling water and you have a perfect complete snack.

Bust Your Buns at Work

If you've got some time (lunch break not quite over?) and aren't worried about strange looks from your cube mate, why not try these no-equipment-necessary, bun-tightening Standing Booty Kicks? Here's how:
Stand tall and place your hands on your hips. Put all the weight on your right leg, keep both legs straight and lift your left leg directly behind you. Let your glutes do all the work. Keep your left foot flexed and work on lifting your heel as high as you can without leaning your chest too far forward. Engage your abs to help you stay balanced. Lower your left leg so it's parallel with your right, but don't let it touch the ground, then lift it back up behind you. Repeat this move 20 times at a moderate pace, and then repeat these steps with the other leg.

I found Banzai an interesting game to play. This is DVD-based betting game and all you need is a TV, DVD player and remote control and you’re all set to play and enjoy this amazing game. To play the game all you need is to win all the sushi by betting plastic sushi on the outcome of the stunts taken from the cult-classic TV show of the same name. Each player takes a Sushi Bowl, a set of matching Betting Cards, a pair of Chopsticks, a Hachimaki, and 25 pieces of Sushi.

Berry Snack

Berries are disease-fighting wonders. Full of the good stuff like vitamin C, folate, fiber and phytonutrients, berries are like food superheroes, only, you know, without the capes. Pair them with lean proteins for a berry filling, berry tasty snack, like one of these:Top high-protein vanilla Greek yogurt with 1 cup of microwave berries, then top with a little reduced-fat Reddi-wip. (Tip: Freeze the yogurt for an hour first.)Add 1 cup of berries to a high-protein cereal with skim or soy milk. Top plain Greek yogurt with 1 cup of mixed berries and a handful of nuts for an ideal, balanced breakfast. Create your own trail mix with freeze-dried berries and raw almonds or walnuts.
