
2 lbs. pork butt, cut into 1-inch cubes
½ cup vinegar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt, black pep

1. Combine pork, vinegar, water, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper in a saucepan.
2. Cover and cook over low heat until all the liquid evaporates.
3. Add oil. Brown the meat slightly.
I raved this one when my sister in-law made. Great recipe. She served it with rice. I really loved it!
